Great news: the exhibition of La Tour des Petits Grimpeurs has been extended until 2028
La Tour des Petits Grimpeurs, this monumental 15-foot-high installation bringing together 26 small climbers, presented at the Centre d’Interprétation du Marais de la Rivière-aux-Cerises, was originally scheduled to be on view until early September 2025.
We sincerely hoped that this work could remain accessible to the public for a longer period… and that wish has now come true.
In September 2025, the artwork was acquired by two major collectors of André Desjardins’ work, who generously proposed extending the exhibition for a period of three years. This proposal was enthusiastically accepted by the Marais team.
As a result, La Tour des Petits Grimpeurs will be presented in Magog until September 2028.
If you have not yet had the opportunity to discover this remarkable work, you will be able to do so during your next visit to the region.
And for those who have already seen it, please note that André made significant changes to the installation in the fall: it is now even richer, more vibrant, and more spectacular than before.
We extend our warmest thanks to the collectors and to the Marais team for their trust and their commitment to public art and culture.
